For this sublease property, the challenge was creating a brand identity that felt refined and design-forward—while remaining neutral enough to let potential tenants envision their own brand in the space. With interiors left unfinished, the visual approach relies on clean layouts, a minimal color palette, and polished, modern typefaces that bring elegance to the materials. A map graphic is used throughout to spotlight the property’s prime location, grounding the brand in its context. The result is a flexible identity that feels refined and premium, while leaving room for future tenant vision.
